and NPDES Fee Schedules
NPDES application filing fees are set by DEP and are:
$250.00 for a General NPDES permit application
$500.00 for an Individual NPDES permit application
Note that these fees are application filing fees and do not include E&S review fees. In addition, incomplete or returned applications may be charged an additional filing fee.
