The Columbia County Conservation District,
formed in 1949 under the Conservation District Law, is a subdivision
of state government and is one of 66 Conservation Districts throughout the
state of Pennsylvania. The purpose of the Conservation District is to
promote protection, maintenance, improvement, and wise use of the land,
water, and other natural resources.

Directions: From the East: Take I-80 to Exit #236B (Lightstreet). Turn right on Route 487 North and travel approximately 1/4 mile to Sawmill Road. Turn right and follow Sawmill Road approximately 1 mile to a large white building on the right (Ag-Service Center) From the West: Take I-80 to Exit #236 (Bloomsburg/Lightstreet). Follow above directions.
