Passports are processed in the Prothonotary’s Office Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:15 p.m. All passport forms are available in this office including renewal forms which can be mailed in by the applicant directly if their expired passport was issued within the last 15 years.

The National Passport Services Web page has passport applications which can be downloaded. If downloading passport applications, both pages (front and back) must be presented when applying for your passport. Travel information including warnings, consular information passport/visa requirements as well as travel publications can also be obtained at this web site.

Birth Certificate Services for birth records in the United States and British Columbia includes 24 hour fax listings for individuals that need their birth certificates as soon as possible.
